BeforeFirst is seeking a responsible Talent Acquisition Coordinator to identify, screen and support the onboarding of suitable remote Business Development Managers. This is a remote, project-based role with performance-based earnings. The coordinator earns USD 10 after a recruited BDM generates their first confirmed client advance, plus an additional USD 15 after that BDM’s first project is successfully completed and fully paid. No fixed salary or guaranteed monthly income is provided during the initial stage.
